“My School Productive Plot” is an educational initiative implemented by the Ministry of Education of Panama in alliance with MIDA and MiAMBIENTE. It encourages students to participate in growing vegetables and raising small animals within school environments. The initiative promotes food self-sufficiency, environmental education, and sustainable agricultural practices from an early age. It is part of the National Strategy for Food and Nutritional Security and includes capacity building and supply of materials and inputs.
